Merchandise Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- You may choose between:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
These issues are handled through our production partner, and you will not be responsible for return shipping.
2. Size Issues or Change of Mind
If the item doesn’t fit or you simply decide you no longer want it, we’re still happy to help.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
For these returns:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue:
- A refund, or
- A replacement, if requested
Returned merchandise may be added to our in-person inventory.
3. Return Instructions
Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Approved returns may be sent to our business address (not directly to the manufacturer unless instructed).
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Non-Returnable Items
Unless there is a defect or error, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned outside the return window
